Orders & Shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with tracking included.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 3-5 business days. You can find the full details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link to the email address you used at checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To change your address, email us before your order ships at support@brownandjohnson.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please contact us first at support@brownandjohnson.com so we can register your return. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to appear in your account. See our Return and Refund Policy for all details.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
The available size range and the fit are listed in the details of each product. If you are between sizes or plan to layer, we recommend choosing the larger size. Not sure? Email us and we will help.
